We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee as follows:
・ 50% of the service fee - for changes made 24 to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment
・ 100% of the service fee - for changes made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment
Failure to show up without notice will incur a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
Please arrive on time to allow for a relaxed start to your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service time may need to be shortened or simplified.
Please note that the original booking amount will still apply.
A complementary nail fix is available if your gel shows any issue within 7 days of your appointment. This service ensures your nails are restored to their original condition at no additional cost. After 7 days, a regular service fee will apply.
